Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

(Focus: Paid Marketing, Social Media & Website Management)

Department: Marketing

Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Location: [Mumbai]

Employment Type: Full-Time

Year of experience required : 4+ YOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage all online marketing initiatives including paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, SEO, and website content management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, analytics, and advertising systems, and be able to deliver measurable improvements in engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Marketing (Google & Social Media)

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).
  • Conduct keyword research and continuously optimize ad performance.
  • Manage LinkedIn paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Track ROI and performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

2. Website & Content Management

  • Manage and update website pages using WordPress and Custom CMS.
  • Publish and maintain blogs, advisories, and articles.
  • Perform on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, internal linking, content structure).
  • Create or duplicate pages as needed for campaigns and landing pages.

3. SEO & Analytics

  • Conduct website audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis using SEMRush.
  • Track organic traffic and keyword performance through Google Search Console.
  • Analyze website traffic metrics and user behavior using Google Analytics.
  • Support technical SEO enhancements in coordination with developers.

4. Email Marketing & CRM

  • Manage email campaigns and customer journeys via Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Upload data, design and edit templates, and execute email blasts.
  • Segment audiences, manage contact lists, and track campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads through CRM workflows.

5. Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Maintain content consistency and brand tone across all social channels.
  • Track engagement and performance metrics, and suggest content improvements.
  • Upload and optimize videos and shorts on YouTube.
