Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all in-house marketing activities, driving brand awareness and engagement for our in-house brands. This is an individual contributor role with cross-functional team support. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with social media, content marketing, SEO,email campaignsand performance marketing while ensuring seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership of marketing activities for Futuready Media, Orange Videos, and All About Marketing.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, maintaining a strong presence across key platforms.
  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars for social media and email marketing.
  • Write and oversee blog content, email campaigns, and website updates to improve engagement and traffic.
  • Liaise with internal teams for SEO, performance marketing, and comprehensive content development.
  • Strategize and implement campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization.

Key Accountabilities
  • Growth of social media presence and website visits.
  • Successful execution of marketing campaigns from initiation to completion.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and engagement across all platforms.
  • Increase in the quantity of in-bound lead generation

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Ability to write compelling copy and oversee content creation.
  • Basic to mid-level proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize marketing efforts.
