Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive business growth.

You will work with tools such as WebEngage, Gupshup, and HubSpot, focusing on campaign automation, data-driven insights, and an enhanced B2B customer journey.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
2. Campaign Management
  • Design, execute, and monitor automated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Use tools like WebEngage, Gupshup, and HubSpot to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track campaign metrics and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
3. Content & Communication
  • Collaborate with the design team to manage and update website content, layout, and visuals.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ideate and produce engaging marketing content, including product demo videos, client success stories, and team interviews.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate on product launches, internal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
5. Innovation & Optimisation
  • Continuously test and refine marketing approaches based on audience insights and feedback.
  • Stay updated with emerging marketing trends and apply best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or campaign management.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital campaign strategies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, WebEngage, and Gupshup (or similar CRM/automation platforms).
  • Experience in social media management, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
