Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to help execute day-to-day digital marketing tasks, focusing on driving results across various channels. This is an entry-level role where you will gain hands-on experience and be responsible for the execution of campaigns, with an emphasis on data analysis, performance reporting, lead generation, and optimization.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong willingness to learn, a passion for AI-powered marketing solutions, and the flexibility to adapt to new technologies and processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Websites & Landing Pages: Assist with updates and optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • SEO: Help implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility on Google.
  • Paid Ads: Execute Google Ads campaigns, display ads, and retargeting efforts to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns, analyze performance, and help optimize subject lines, content, and timing.
  • Content Marketing: Assist in the creation and distribution of content, such as blogs, videos, and guides, to engage the audience.
  • Analytics & Conversion Optimization: Track key metrics (traffic, conversions, bounce rates) to improve campaign performance.
  • Social Media: Help with the execution of organic and paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Support in identifying new leads through digital channels and assist in the development of effective lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields (internships or hands-on projects are welcome).
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • A passion for learning and an eagerness to explore AI-powered marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong willingness to adapt, grow, and expand your skill set, particularly in AI-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Strong soft skills: collaborative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic attitude toward new technologies and processes that improve digital marketing efforts.
