DESCRIPTION:
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an e-Business Analyst II and contribute to our digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. You'll help shape the digital customer experience while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this dynamic environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize our online presence. You'll have the opportunity to work with innovative marketing technologies while developing solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Degree with no experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field
- Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce platforms are valued
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Strong experience with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI)
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media)
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience with agile methodology and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to collaborate with teams across time zones
