Digital Marketing Analyst (DMA)
Summary
The DMAwill be responsible for the setup of end to end email marketing campaigns,in collaboration with offshore client(s). The candidate will be required to review the Audience and Creative briefs shared by the client's marketing team, liaison with the requester to clear questions or request for additional information and then utilise the client's email marketing and CDP to setup and execute marketing campaigns.
Duties and responsibilities
- Triage campaign briefs with the client's marketing team
- Setup target audiences on the client's CDP using instructions provided in audience briefs.
- Setup / Modify emails for campaigns using the drag and drop editor and HTML coding (if required).
- Schedule and execute campaigns post internal and external team approvals.
- Setup of campaigns journeys (Simple & Multistep)
- Basic performance reports on campaign performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Commerce Preferred)
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS coding
- Focus on quality and have excellent attention to detail.
- Organized, methodical and process driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 + years domain experience in Digital Marketing - candidates with experience with Email Marketing are preferred.
- Basic Excel knowledge.
- Digital Marketing Certification.
