Key Responsibilities
ATPG Involves SA & TD Fault Models. Should be independently able to run coverage analysis and retarget from top level
Simulations: Should have experience both zero delay and timing simulations
Should have both MBIST & ATPG Simulation experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 Years of DFT Experience in handling SSN, ATPG and Simulations independently and can work on Scan Insertion & MBIST Simulations with minimum support.
