We are seeking a skilled DevOps/Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) Modules, particularly Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales. A deep understanding of Sales and Marketing domains is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage DevOps and automation QA solutions using MS Azure and Power Platform to meet business requirements.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for projects involving MSD Modules, including Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps and QA practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to development and operations teams.
- Conduct regular reviews of systems, processes, and test results to ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, automation QA, MS Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies
Skills
- Hands-on experience with MSD Modules, specifically Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing domains.
- Proven experience in implementing DevOps and automation QA solutions using MS Azure and Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
