Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM incident management
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Proficiency in ITSM ticketing tools, particularly ServiceNow
- Advanced skills in PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
- Knowledge of data center operations, Windows administration, virtualization, and networking
- Familiarity with Confluence, Azure DevOps, and monitoring tools
