Salary Range: - Upto 19.20 LPA

Job Profile:

Lead coordination between architecture, structural, and MEP teams.

Develop and oversee concept, schematic, and detailed designs.

Ensure integration of structural and MEP systems within architectural designs.

Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, and authorities for design approvals.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and man-hours for profitability.

Ensure timely and quality delivery of design drawings.

Submit quarterly performance reports of design teams.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to design staff.

Ensure compliance with green building and authority regulations.

Supervise design implementation on-site when needed.

Requirements to Apply

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office tools.

Familiarity with BIM and willingness to learn advanced tools.

Strong knowledge of all project phases and MEP/structural coordination.

Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes.

Experience with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.) and obtaining NOCs.

Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when needed.
