Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Design

We're hiring 1 immediate opening for Design (Converting Machinery).
About the role
- Lead preparation, revision and customization of machine designs, BOMs and technical documentation.
- Take ownership of design changes, improvements and engineering problemsolving to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement and QA to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate design data in ERP/SAP and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives; familiarity with ISO 9000 systems is preferred.
What we're looking for:
- 710 years handson design experience, preferably in converting machinery design
- Minimum B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Open to all genders

Musthave technical skills
- Strong SolidWorks expertise proven ability to create detailed 3D models, assemblies and drawings
- Strong SAP / ERP experience experienced in maintaining and creating BOMs and Material Master
- Basic MS Office skills for reporting and documentation
