Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager with over 12 years of experience, responsible for the successful execution of e-commerce projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, technical expertise in e-commerce platforms, and a proven ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Management: You will manage one or more projects simultaneously using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. This includes monitoring project baselines, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and creating strategies to address potential shortfalls in timelines and budgets.
• Team Leadership: You'll manage large teams, potentially over 100 resources, and use creative problem-solving skills to handle team-related and cross-functional issues. The role demands extensive experience in managing both offshore and onshore resources.
• E-commerce Expertise: You must have hands-on experience with e-commerce tools like SFCC (Demandware) or Hybris. You will need a proven track record of successfully implementing and deploying large-scale e-commerce projects into production.
• Operational Excellence: You'll be passionate about operational excellence and governance, with experience in all phases of the system development life cycle, from planning to implementation.
