Job Title : Technical Delivery Manager

Job Type : Full-Time/Contract

Experience : 10-15 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

  • Experience in IT project management, technical delivery, program management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise technology projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing distributed or global delivery teams.
  • Experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, SaaS, or cloud-native environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational governance.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, products, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues while proactively driving mitigation plans.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, project health, velocity, quality metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, QA, and vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for delivery updates, escalations, and governance reviews.
  • Facilitate project steering meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and technical execution strategies.
  • Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and performance guidance.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload management.
  • Understand system architecture, application development lifecycle, cloud platforms, integrations, and infrastructure concepts.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, security practices, compliance requirements, and release governance.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers early in the lifecycle.
  • Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
  • Manage change requests, scope control, and delivery escalations effectively.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
