Job Title : Technical Delivery Manager
Job Type : Full-Time/Contract

Responsibilities
- Experience in IT project management, technical delivery, program management, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise technology projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing distributed or global delivery teams.
- Experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, SaaS, or cloud-native environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational governance.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, products, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues while proactively driving mitigation plans.
- Monitor delivery KPIs, project health, velocity, quality metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, QA, and vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for delivery updates, escalations, and governance reviews.
- Facilitate project steering meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status reporting.
- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and technical execution strategies.
- Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and performance guidance.
- Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload management.
- Understand system architecture, application development lifecycle, cloud platforms, integrations, and infrastructure concepts.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, security practices, compliance requirements, and release governance.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers early in the lifecycle.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
- Manage change requests, scope control, and delivery escalations effectively.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
