SAP - Delivery Manager - US Shift

Key Deliverables:

• Lead project teams in delivering solutions, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, and deliverables.
• Oversee project performance, manage risks, and track progress against milestones.
• Manage resources effectively and forecast the need for additional resources.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely status reporting and issue resolution.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams.
• Drive the charge for project direction, metric definition, and performance management.
• Review team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure SLA adherence and monitor overall project delivery quality.
