We are looking for a Technical Project / Delivery Manager with strong project delivery experience and solid technical understanding to manage modernization initiatives and lead delivery teams.

Experience Required: 8–15 Years

Role Type: Mid-Level

Key Requirements:

Strong Project Management & Delivery Management experience

Good understanding of Java, Spring Framework, and preferably Mainframe/COBOL

Mainframe to Java modernization experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Ability to guide engineering teams and manage customer expectations effectively

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Must have a strong LinkedIn profile with a professional photo
