About The Role:
The Revenue Operations Intern will support the Revenue Management team in optimizing
pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across the hotel portfolio. The role involves
analyzing business performance, identifying revenue opportunities, and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to drive profitability. It's a hands-on opportunity to gain insights into
strategic decision-making in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing the revenue management and distribution strategy for the
assigned hotel portfolio
Manage day-to-day yield operations, including pricing, availability, and inventory
management
Maintain and regularly update pricing strategies for assigned properties
Proactively identify and analyze peak days and shoulder periods, using historical data,
market trends, and current performance
Evaluate business opportunities from a net profit perspective, e.g., comparing
profitability of weddings vs. corporate events
Oversee Group Block management, ensuring cut-off dates, rooming lists, and block
activities are properly tracked and optimized
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Leaders, and Operations teams to align rate
strategies and inventory distribution
What We're Looking For
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; excellent number-crunching and
analytical abilities
A self-starter with a solution-oriented and street-smart mindset
Effective problem-solving skills with a keen eye for business insights
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across
teams
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
