Data Analyst Intern

About the Role

Zorvyn is hiring a Data Analyst Intern who is eager to learn, curious about data, and excited to work with real world business problems. This role is designed for individuals who want hands on exposure to data analysis, reporting, and decision support in a fast growing fintech environment. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Pay range and compensation package

Stipend: 40,000 INR per month.

Performance based PPO up to INR 14 LPA annually.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to business and product decisions.
• Create basic reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights in a clear and understandable manner.
• Support senior analysts and team leads in preparing data for forecasting, performance tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Document data definitions, assumptions, and analysis steps for transparency and future reference.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business questions into analysis tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts such as data cleaning, aggregation, and interpretation.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and basic data functions.
• Awareness of databases and basic querying concepts is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to understand general business and technical terms used in analytics and fintech environments.
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a problem solving mindset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to explain insights clearly.
