Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation tasks accurately.
  • Process customer requests, orders, or claims via email or chat.
  • Verify and update customer or transaction information in databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and complete processes.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security while working remotely.
  • Generate reports and update trackers as per process requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Education: 12th pass or any graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 30 WPM) and basic computer knowledge.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in back-office or data entry roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and basic data management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
