We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive in a voice process role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers via phone calls.
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and internet navigation.
