Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive Tele Sales to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and promote products or services. The role involves resolving customer issues while identifying sales opportunities to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and objections effectively
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up with potential and existing customers for sales and renewals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience
- Proven experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer support
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO / call center / inside sales environment
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Ability to work in shifts or flexible working hours
