About the Role.
This role involves handling inbound voice calls from international customers and helping them resolve issues such as slow internet, no connectivity, WiFi drops, router/modem errors, and basic setup challenges. You will provide clear, simple troubleshooting steps and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support international customers with internet, WiFi, and router/modem issues
Guide users through essential checks: device resets, cable verification, WiFi settings, and basic configurations
Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM tools
Follow SOPs and escalate cases appropriately when needed
Maintain strong CSAT, quality, and firstcontact resolution metrics
Educate customers on best practices for stable home WiFi performance
Requirements
13 years of experience in international customer service or technical support
Strong spoken English with a neutral/global accent
Excellent communication and customerhandling abilities
Comfortable with rotational shifts including nights and weekends
Work From Office (Hyderabad)
