Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat support
• Resolve order and delivery-related issues
• Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously (3+)
• Deliver quick, accurate, and customer-focused resolutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria

2+ years of experience in Customer Support (Chat Process preferred)

Excellent written English communication skills

Typing Speed: Minimum 45 WPM with good accuracy

Comfortable working in rotational night shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

• Logistics / Delivery Support
• E-commerce Customer Support
• Customer Support Associate (CSA)
