Position Details

  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week
  • Required Skills: Excellent communication skills and atleast 2 years experience in International voice process
  • Freshers/Graduates with good communication skills can apply
  • No Graveyard Shifts

Job Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience
  • Collect and evaluate all relevant information to manage customer concerns
  • Document inquiries, feedback, and complaints
  • Keep track of actions taken to address customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete satisfaction
