Job Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers via telephone
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience
- Collect and evaluate all relevant information to manage customer concerns
- Document inquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Keep track of actions taken to address customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete satisfaction
