In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner through chat, promptly addressing inquiries, and ensuring immediate resolution of customer concerns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times via chat.
- Adhere strictly to quality and compliance guidelines in all interactions.
- Demonstrate the ability to make quick decisions and respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring all concerns are resolved immediately.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures to provide accurate information.
Skills Requirement:
- Strong written communication skills, including excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation, for effective chat interactions.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills (for internal communication and training purposes, though primary external communication is chat).
- Proven customer service background.
- Ability to take quick decisions and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATION:
