Job Criteria: -

  • Proficiency In Hindi, English
  • Good domain Knowledge
  • 0-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process.
  • Experience is mandatory
  • Should have fluency in spoken (English & Hindi) and written language skills (English) with an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
  • Skill Set required: Problem Solving, customer service mindset, ownership, and conflict resolution skill
