We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Support in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing assistance and resolving issues efficiently.

Location- Gurugram

Experience- 0-2 years (Fresher Eligible)

Qualification- Graduate in any stream

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and understanding customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues is a plus.
