Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role based in Bengaluru. The Customer Support professional will be responsible for providing first-line customer service, resolving customer inquiries in both English and Hindi, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and offering technical support when needed. The role requires collaboration with different teams to address customer needs efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support skills, including the ability to handle and resolve inquiries in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and a customer-centric attitude to establish a positive rapport with clients.
  • Customer Satisfaction focus and problem-solving abilities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Technical Support knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
