Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions to technical or product-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will also assist in troubleshooting problems, documenting common issues, escalating complex cases, and contributing to process improvements to enhance the overall customer service experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to address customer inquiries effectively and maintain clear documentation.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve product or service concerns promptly.
  • Customer relationship management abilities to ensure a positive user experience and foster trust.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is advantageous.
  • Prior customer support or service experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
