Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing online and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
