Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves providing high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to customer requests via online platforms, and delivering effective resolutions in a timely manner. The candidate will also focus on maintaining and improving customer relationships through proactive and collaborative communication.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively address and resolve queries.
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing Online Support operations proficiently.
  • Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues with ease.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional and empathetic customer interactions.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of customer service tools and technologies is a plus.
