Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The role includes managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolving inquiries over various channels such as phone, email, and online platforms. Responsibilities also include addressing technical concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues, identifying customer needs, and building relationships to enhance client retention and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Experience with Online Support and Customer Service through multiple communication channels
  • Understanding of and ability to provide Technical Support
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with logistics, and experience in the forwarding or transportation industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is a plus
