Customer Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for Customer Support Executives with strong communication skills to handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat. Candidates with prior experience in voice or non-voice processes are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

• Maintain professional and empathetic communication

• Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

• Follow company guidelines and process standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in voice/non-voice process / telecalling

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Language Requirements (Mandatory):

Candidates must be fluent in any of the following combinations:

• Hindi + Malayalam

• Hindi + Oriya

• Hindi + Marathi

• Telugu + Kannada

• Telugu + Hindi

Additional Details:

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidate should be comfortable working from office
