Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Insurance Renewal process. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions related to insurance policy renewals and providing timely, accurate support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via calls regarding insurance policy renewals
• Explain renewal benefits, policy details, and payment options to customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and update renewal status
• Address customer queries, concerns, and basic service requests professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow quality guidelines
• Meet daily call and renewal targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent in Tamil with basic English communication
• Education: Any Degree (Male & Female candidates can apply)
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome)
• Basic customer handling and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a customer-facing support role
