Job Description :
- Manage and resolve customer queries.
- Pitch sales and close calls to achieve the targets.
- Cross sell various Banking/ financial products.
- Manage customer database.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 6months to1 year experience in Bpo/Call center.
- Candidates with high energy and convincing skills are preferable.
- Excellent communication Skills with multilingual languages are preferable.
- Freshers are also welcome.
