Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns
Provide prompt and effective resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
Coordinate with vendors and the production team for order-related updates and issue resolution
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times
Track, follow up, and close customer queries within defined timelines
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of handling customer calls and CRM tools is an added advantage
