Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Manikonda( hyderabad)-Onsite

Timings: 6pm to 3am

Experience: 5-10 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic US IT Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of the US recruitment process, visa types, and job portals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client IT requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain relationships with consultants and clients.
• Negotiate salary rates and employment terms.
• Work on different visa categories such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
• Maintain daily reports and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and onboarding.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of US staffing/recruitment process.
• Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Understanding of IT technologies and skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.( Not Mandotory)
• Experience in US IT Recruitment or Bench Sales is an added advantage.
• Night shift flexibility (US timings).
