We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
