About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our growing team in Noida Sector 62. This role involves providing exceptional customer support through voice calls and email while ensuring a seamless experience for both domestic and international customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice calls and email.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and process standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO, Call Center, or Customer Service are preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
