Job Description

Job Title:Telesales Executive Operations

Location:Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office)

Shift Timings:10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Working Days:6 Days a Week (Sunday Working)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
  • Clearly explain company services and convert leads into appointments or sales.
  • Update and maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Who Can Apply:

  • Minimum6 months of experience or fresherin telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
  • Fluency in Englishis mandatory; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with confident telephone etiquette.
  • Must be comfortable working from the office (No Work-from-Home option).
  • Basic computer skills required (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
