Job Description

Saptamveda is a fast-growing natural health supplements brand, offering 50+ SKUs and selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and global marketplaces.

Location: Chinchwad (Office-based)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Salary:

18,000 22,000 (In-hand per month) + performance incentives based on Target and

performances.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year experience with a D2C / E-commerce brand

Experience in abandoned cart recovery, cold calling, or outbound sales preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Calling customers for abandoned cart recovery

Handling objections & converting leads into orders

Outbound sales calls, upselling & follow-ups

Customer support via calls & WhatsApp

Updating CRM / daily reports

Skills Needed:

Strong Hindi communication (basic English)

Confident on calls with a sales mindset

Familiarity with Shopify / CRM tools is a plus
