Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Customer Support Executive. The position involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing support tickets, troubleshooting customer concerns promptly, and interacting professionally through various communication channels. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer needs will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in customer service and support, including effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, ticketing systems, and familiarity with customer interaction platforms.
  • Team collaboration and coordination skills to ensure efficient resolution of customer queries.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
