Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Indore. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent support across multiple channels, including online and technical support. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Online Support and Technical Support processes
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management and relevant support tools
  • Ability to handle inquiries, escalations, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Prior experience in customer service operations or related fields is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory
