  • Product Knowledge:Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitors to better assist customers
  • Communication Skills:Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Clearly articulate solutions and instructions to customers
  • Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience
