Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Banking/Finance

Location: Noida sec - 62, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 1–2 years (Banking/Finance preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary - 25000-35000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
  • Resolve customer queries related to banking products (accounts, loans, cards, transactions)
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service standards
  • Follow compliance and data security guidelines (KYC, RBI norms, etc.)

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Basic knowledge of banking/financial services
  • Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in banking, finance, or BPO/customer support is an advantage

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in banking processes, financial services, or fintech support
  • Knowledge of KYC, loans, credit cards, or digital banking
