Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Banking/Finance
Location: Noida sec - 62, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 1–2 years (Banking/Finance preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary - 25000-35000
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
- Resolve customer queries related to banking products (accounts, loans, cards, transactions)
- Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service standards
- Follow compliance and data security guidelines (KYC, RBI norms, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial services
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)
- Prior experience in banking, finance, or BPO/customer support is an advantage
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in banking processes, financial services, or fintech support
- Knowledge of KYC, loans, credit cards, or digital banking
