Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bengali Tele Caller, based in Noida 63. The daily responsibilities include making outbound calls to clients or leads, answering inbound inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves ensuring clear and professional communication in Bengali, maintaining records of calls and interactions, and achieving assigned telecalling targets. The candidate will represent the organization's values and mission during customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bengali
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer service abilities and the capacity to handle queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Proficiency in documenting and maintaining accurate records of communication and follow-up activities.
• Time management and the ability to work independently in an organized and goal-oriented manner.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools or call center software (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Tele Caller, Customer Support Executive, or related role is advantageous.
