The Role
- Manage Enterprise Complexity: Act as the primary strategic partner for high-profile corporate clients, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Orchestrate Service Delivery: Coordinate between client stakeholders and our internal operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Drive Engagement: Lead polished Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) via Zoom and maintain high-velocity responsiveness on Slack.
- Navigate Nuance: Manage cross-departmental logistics and tailor communication styles to different levels of the client organization.
You Have
- Impeccable Communication: Native-level English fluency with exceptional articulation. You must present confidently to corporate executives.
- High-Stakes Experience: Proven success managing large-scale enterprise accounts or corporate relationships.
- Operational Precision: The ability to follow complex instructions and manage detailed workflows without error.
- Tech & AI Interest: You are tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and excited by the intersection of artificial intelligence and human teams.
