UniSeoul is a dynamic D2C retail startup focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative omnichannel solutions. We're seeking a proactive team member to drive customer success and streamline operations in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily inbound and outbound calls for Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs), delayed deliveries, and customer queries, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Manage omnichannel customer experiences across WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media, identifying creative solutions within established SOPs and policies.
- Leverage technology tools like Sagepilot.ai, Clickpost, Casa Retail, and similar platforms for order tracking, automation, and analytics.
- Apply a problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot issues efficiently while adhering to company guidelines.
- Multitask across operations, from delivery logistics to customer feedback, using data from CRM systems to inform decisionsmaking data speak louder than words.
- Support strategic initiatives, such as process optimization and KPI tracking, with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Quick learner with hands-on experience or familiarity with tech tools like Sagepilot.ai, Clickpost, Casa Retail, WATI, Zoho CRM, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills for high-volume calls and customer interactions.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, multitasking prowess, and a data-driven strategic mindset.
- Availability for 10 AM - 7 PM shifts, including weekends.
