Customer Service & Sales Intern – On-site (Surat)

DineMatters is a fast-growing restaurant technology company building innovative SaaS solutions that help restaurants streamline operations, engage customers, and grow their business. We're a lean, execution-focused team working on real products used by restaurants daily.

Role Description

This is an on-site internship for a Customer Service & Sales Representative based in Surat. You'll be the first point of contact for restaurant clients — onboarding them, resolving queries, and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. You'll also support the sales team in lead follow-ups, demos coordination, and maintaining CRM records.

Stipend & Benefits

Monthly stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000, including performance-based incentives tied to client onboarding and retention targets.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle client concerns with patience and professionalism
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
• Comfortable using computer tools (Google Workspace, CRM software is a plus)
• Self-motivated with good time management in a fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior customer-facing experience is a bonus, not a requirement
