What You'll Be Doing

Call inbound leads who already showed interest

Book and schedule appointments into the calendar

Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, email, and calls

Build trust, answer basic questions, and guide leads clearly

Keep the CRM updated and organised

Work closely with senior reps to improve and move up fast

You'll Succeed If You Have

Strong English and Hindi communication

Confidence on the phone

Fast response speed across calls/messages

Curiosity to learn and grow in sales

Basic familiarity with Google Workspace or CRM tools (not required but helpful)

Experience in customer service or sales internships

Interest in exports, supply chains, or international markets
