We are looking for a Client Service Associate who can effectively connect with clients, understand their needs, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain client records and update CRM or tracking sheets
- Ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect and build rapport with clients
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
- 12 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or sales support

- Confident in speaking with clients
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
