Job Description

Salary: 15,000 per month

Location: Navi Mumbai only

REQUIRED ONLY NON IT CANDIDATES

We are looking for a Client Service Associate who can effectively connect with clients, understand their needs, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain client records and update CRM or tracking sheets
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with clients
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
  • Problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
  • 12 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or sales support

Preferred Candidate:

  • Confident in speaking with clients
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
